Tom D. Warner

CEO

Bio

Thompson Warner has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Tom has a passion for helping others, especially those in need. He has spent all of his career dedicated to helping hospitals take care of their patients by staffing them with nurses whose dedication matches his own. Tom started his career in 2000, recruiting and staffing nurses for various facilities and hospitals throughout the country. Since 2010, Tom has owned and operated GoMed™ Healthcare Group where he continues to build a team whose core values lie with providing the best possible nurses to help our hospitals help their patients live long, healthy lives. Tom has invested nearly half of his life to leaving a legacy by changing healthcare one patient at a time.

In his personal time, Tom is a dedicated father who enjoys spending time with his son Kellan. He is also a huge animal lover and has rescued many animals, from dogs to horses, living in dismal conditions and provided them with happier, healthier environments. Tom can be seen at fundraisers, charity events, and providing his time within his community. He may not be the best golfer on the course, but he sure will show up in full gear and with a smile on if it means supporting his local business or fundraiser!

Simon is the Chief Technology Officer at GoMed™ Healthcare. With a robust background in dynamic data automation, web development, and search engine optimization (SEO), Simon is passionate about driving business efficiency through innovative technological solutions.

He has been instrumental in optimizing data processing workflows, developing user-centric web projects, and implementing SEO strategies that significantly improve online visibility and search engine rankings. His efforts in content generation and lead generation have successfully driven traffic and conversions.

With a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Business from Westminster College, Brian brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience and large-agency insight, having previously owned his own recruiting firm and held leadership roles at two of the world's largest staffing agencies.

At GoMed, Brian is not only a leader but also an architect—helping to design and evolve one of the most advanced, AI-driven healthcare staffing platforms in the industry.
